Returns and Exchanges
Our goal is to create the best pants in the world for tall men. We take great care in looking after every design, material, construction detail and customer service interaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund or exchange it for another item.
- Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
- You can return your purchase for up to 365 days from the purchase date.
- Follow the easy return and exchange process explained below.
To return, for a full refund
A return and exchange form is included with every package and can be found in the receipt pouch. Please tell us the item and the reason for the return. Pack all items, tags, and the invoice back into the original packaging. Affix the pre-paid shipping label, included in the packaging, and drop off at any UPS drop box, UPS Store or give to any UPS driver. TEAL Apparel will refund the original form of payment. Please allow 14 business days to process your return once received.
To exchange, for another item
A return and exchange form is included with every package and can be found in the receipt pouch. Please provide the item number, size and quantity. If the value of the items you want in exchange exceeds the original value please provide a payment method. Affix the pre-paid shipping label, included in the packaging, and drop off at any UPS drop box, UPS store or give to any UPS driver. Please allow 14 business days to process your exchange once received.
